We have developed standard contract forms, which we send on the same day, with a design and detailed specification attached. As soon as you approve it, we exchange the EDI documents, issue an invoice, you pay it, and we get to work.
It all depends on the complexity of the stand and the building area. The production of structural elements can take either 1 day or one month. The time period is also affected by the production load at the time of the conclusion of the contract.
We don't practice such things. There is a production loading schedule and an installation schedule. If, for some reason, there is not much time left from the moment of signing the contract to the start of the exhibition, we increase the number of production shifts and deploy additional personnel to production.
There has never been anything like this in our organization. After the first such case, you can safely leave this market. We have no plans to leave. Our reputation is above all for us.
In some cases, we send photos and videos from our production to the customer for approval in order to coordinate materials.
Naturally, there is always a manager on site who oversees your stand. He promptly resolves all issues that arise.
If necessary, the construction is accelerated by our installation supervisor. If absolutely necessary, we arrange for installers to leave in the evening and at night.
No. We are guided solely by the conditions stipulated in the contract. As a last resort, if you need any additional services, you contact your manager and on the basis of an additional agreement to the main agreement, we will provide them to you as additional services that are not included in the main agreement.
