Up to 5,000,000 we work on 70%-30% system. 70% within five days from the date of the contract, 30% 5 days before installation. At the same time, we re always open to diAlogue in discussing forms of payment. With our regular customers we practice individual payment terms.
Depending on the complexity and current designer workload, development can take from 5-ti to 7 days.
We have developed standard contract forms, which we send on the same day, with design and detailed specification attached. Once you ve agreed it, we exchange documents via EDI, issue an invoice, you ll pay it and we ll start work.
It all depends on the complexity of the stand and area of the construction. Manufacturing of structural elements can take either 1 day or one month. The timeframe is also affected by the production capacity at the time of contract conclusion.
We do not practice this kind of thing. There is a production load schedule and an installation schedule. In case, if for some reason there is not much time left between the signing of the contract and the start of the exhibition, we increase the number of production shifts and bring additional staff to production.
This has never happened in our organization. After the first such case, you can safely leave this market. We re not planning to leave. Our reputation is paramount to us.
In some cases we send the customer for approval photos and videos from our production to coordinate the materials.
Naturally, there is a manager on site at all times to supervise your stand. He/she will promptly resolve any questions that may arise.
If necessary, the construction is accelerated by our installation supervisor. In case of emergency, we organize the assembly crews to come out in the evening and night hours.
No. We are solely governed by the terms and conditions stipulated in the contract. In extreme case, if you need any additional services, you contact your manager and based on the supplementary agreement to the main#contract, we provide them to you as additional services not accounted in the main#contract.
Yes, by prior agreement, it is certainly possible. Managers are periodically present at sites during the stand construction period.
